Vinny Cervoni is the Chair of the Wallingford Town Council. He has served on the council since January 2010. From January 2012 until 2014 he served as the Vice Chairman.
Mr. Cervoni is a Practicing Attorney, at Cervoni Law Office, LLC,. Previously he was employed with Gesmonde, Pietrosimone & Sgrignari, LLC, 1994 to 2012.
Vinny Cervoni has also served on the Zoning Board of Appleals from 2002 to 2004 and from 2006 to 2009. He was the President of the the New Haven County Bar, Assistant Town Attorney, Town of East Haven, Chair, Board of Directors of Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters, Assistant Secretary-Treasurer, Connecticut Bar, Chair, Young Lawyers Section, Connecticut Bar Association, President, Board of Directors, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Meriden/Wallingford.
Tom is currently serving as the Vice Chair on the Wallingford Town Council. He has been on the town council since 2012.
Tom Laffin is a lifelong Wallingford resident. Prior to the Council, Tom was a member of the Board of Education (2006-2010), as well as Inland Wetlands Commission. He spent 2 years as PTO Vice Chair.
Craig Fishbein was raised in Wallingford. He is married to Rhonda (Berwick). In 1983 he graduated from Sheehan High School. Craig attended Quinnipiac University where he earned his bachelor's degree in Marketing. He later received his J.D. from Quinnipiac University Law School. He currently Practices law at Fishbein Law Firm with his father, focusing on family law. From 2009 -2010 he was Wallingford Rotary Club President. In Rotary, Craig expanded the Dictionary Project (where each Wallingford third grade student is given a dictionary) to provide for thesauri being given to each fifth grade student.
Joe is serving his second term on the Town Council. He previously served 3 terms on the Board of Education (2010-2016). For 2 of those terms, he was the board vice chairman.
Joe is a lifelong Wallingford resident. He also serves as a Cub Scout Cubmaster as well as a 5th grade religious education teacher at Church of the Resurrection.
Christopher Shortell was elected to the Wallingford Town Council in 2015 and is currently serving his second term (2016-17). Prior to being on the Town Council, Chris was elected to the Wallingford Board of Education (2014-15 term).
A lifelong Wallingford resident, Chris attended Holy Trinity School (Class of ’86) and Xavier High School (Class of ’90). He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the College of the Holy Cross in 1994, and a Masters of Liberal Studies with a concentration in Humanities from Wesleyan University in 2004.
Chris is currently employed at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Wallingford as a Marketing Director. He started with the company in 1995 and has held a variety of positions, including a decade in management, as well as extensive experience in RFP writing, Sales, Sales Training, and Operations.
Chris is married with two boys, both in the Wallingford school system. He is a lifelong parishioner of Most Holy Trinity Church.

Christina Tatta is serving her first term on town council. She previously served on the Zoning Board of Appeals, and also served as the Vice Chair of the Charter Revision Commission. Christina graduated from Sacred Heart Academy in Hamden in 2003, and earned her Bachelor's Degree in English from Saint Joseph College in 2007, graduating summa cum laude. Christina also holds a State of Connecticut Teaching Certificate in English, grades 7-12. She is the corporate secretary and lead bookkeeper at Central Auto Auction in Hamden, her family's business, where she is responsible for the financials, payroll, HR, and auction duties. She has been married to her husband, Joseph Tatta, for 12 years. Christina is an active parishioner of Church of the Resurrection, where she is a lector and a member of the bell choir.
