State Representative Craig Fishbein is in his fourth term in the legislature, where he represents the towns of Middlefield and Wallingford. He is also in his seventh term on the Wallingford Town Council. In the legislature, Representative Fishbein serves as the House Ranking Member (the leader of the minority party caucus) on its Judiciary Committee. He also serves as a regular Member of the Public Safety & Security Committee, as well as the Regulations Review Committee. In addition to his elected positions, Representative Fishbein is a lawyer in private practice since 2002. Much of his law practice is concentrated in the areas of Civil and Constitutional Rights Litigation, Family Law, and Domestic Violence as well as General Civil Litigation
